His career is deeply rooted in sales, complemented by hands-on expertise in marketing, operations, and finance. This comprehensive background equips him to understand and address the multifaceted challenges businesses face today.
Andy is passionate about empowering people in business, from owners and management teams to frontline operational staff. His mission is ambitious yet clear: to add value to 2,500 businesses over the next five years, thereby boosting the local economy and enriching the lives of everyone involved in these businesses.
